Having a baby is a wonderful part of life! However, your life can become a nightmare if you’re not careful. Here are some things to remember:
Continue your exercise
If you have been exercising when you got the news -don’t stop! It’s okay as long as nothing hurts and temperature is nice. If you haven’t, no worries! Just walking alone should work!
Watch your diet
This is not an excuse to start shoveling the food in because you are eating for two now! Believe it or not, you and your baby do not need that much food to keep things going. You know how we have to worry about what happens when we carry around too much weight? Well, the baby is going to be at risk too! (disregard if you have other problems)
Get plenty of rest
Make sure you are able to get plenty of rest when possible. It can save you from a lot of unwanted aggravation later on.
